• CAT A

Refurbishments encompassing the basic structure of a renovation, without furnishings, is referred to as Category A. These spaces are a blank canvas for designers to make habitable and functional according to specific business needs.

• CAT B

Category B builds upon the Cat A option by adding furnishing, fixtures and other finishing elements. Our resourceful and experienced team will be there to advise you on each element of a Cat B fit out.

• Fabric

Building fabric maintenance describes services that aim to maintain or restore the appearance and aesthetics of the building while limiting certain liability risks. It covers every area of your building that does not fall under mechanical, electric, or other forms of specialised services.

• Moves & Changes

We’re able to help plan, manage and undertake these moves for you, allowing you to concentrate on running your business. PBMS have years of experience completing moves, adds and changes in the most awkward, demanding and critical environments.​
